It has been nearly 2 years since my account was permanently suspended due to claims of sending money to too many individuals, which they said raised suspicion. I felt treated very unfairly and was quite hurt. As a result, I removed their app from my phone and switched to another service. Since then, my money transfer experiences have improved significantly. The new service offers excellent customer support, quicker transactions, bonuses, and helpful immigration advice. Unfortunately, the previous service has declined since their rebranding. I still wish them all the best.
