I had my hair transplant 3 weeks ago, so my review is only based on my experience with the clinic and the weeks after.My experience with Seneca MC in Athens has been fantastic from the very beginning. The communication and booking process were great, and I never felt they were trying to push me into booking, as most of the other clinics I spoke to whilst doing my research did. Also, Seneca seemed very genuine and honest which I don’t feel is a given based on my conversations with other clinics. Another thing I really appreciate is that I could choose my own doctor. My procedure was split over two days. I was a bit nervous on the first day, especially after hearing some horrible stories about experiences at other clinics (mostly in Turkey), but the professionalism from the doctor and the team made me feel very safe.The procedure itself went great. I didn’t have any major pain, (the local anaesthetics were honestly the worst part) and on the second day I even dozed off during the procedure. The day after my surgery I went in for a checkup and bandage change, and then I flew back home to Copenhagen in the evening. Up until now, everything in the healing process has gone exactly as expected. I was given a clear plan and day-by-day instructions. The clinic reached out a week after the surgery to check on how I was healing which I didn’t expect them to do. That’s just another positive thing to add to the whole experience. I also have three follow-up appointments over the next year.Right now, I’m still a tiny bit sore in both the donor area and recipient area, but it all looks so good and you wouldn’t be able to tell I had a hair transplant unless you knew. I have been in the shock-loss phase for the past week now, but only a small amount of hair has fallen out so far. Huge thank you to Chrysa, Dr. Elza, and the whole team. They took such good care of me, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m very thankful for that. Of course, the final result isn’t visible yet, but so far the experience has been great, and based on this I can 100% recommend the Seneca Medical Clinic in Athens.I’ll be back with a review of the final results.
