Perfect experience! I had the procedure done in January 2024 and now a bit more than a year ago I can look back to the best gift I ever have treated myself. The procedure was well performed with absolute professionalism by the entire team - from walking in the door being welcomed by service minded staff, to having hair shaved off and having the procedure done over 2 days. The facility was state of the art. The following up by Seneca with an online call every 3 months has been very valuable and I have a not at any point felt that they have let me go just because I have paid and they are on to next client. I am extremely satisfied with the result, which has exceeded my expectations.
