Not had the best experience with the company formally known as DHI. In the beginning the communication was great from Charles as it should have been since I was paying £7000 pounds. Had my transplant which I believe went well they planted 8 thousands hairs apparently and said we will see you back here in 12 months with a full dense head of hair. A year later it looked more like 3 thousands and hairs and very sparse and patchy all over. They promise a make up the percentage if falls below 90% and it was a bit of fight to get the that done. They were reluctant and offered a very small amount of growth replacements. It's been almost 2 years since my second transplant and I am still sparse and patchy. I wish they were as helpful with issues on shampoo and scalp treatments as they were when they were taking my 7k. Feel very let down by this company and wish I would have spent this 7k elsewhere.
