Had my hair transplant procedure undertaken by the Glasgow team three weeks ago and cannot recommend them highly enough although very early days in terms of the results.Whole experience from start to finish was excellent with the team making me very much at ease from the first online consultation through to leaving the clinic after the procedure. Had an online consultation initially and George explained everything involved in the procedure both in terms of the day and what was involved afterwards.I then had a F2F consultation with Charles (and a doctor) who, again, explained everything as well as answering a few additional questions I had - again, made me very much at ease.On the day of the procedure, Dr Elgmati, explained how the day would go as well as showing me exactly what would be done in terms of both the donor and recipient areas ensuring that I was fully aware of the procedure from start to finish. Nurses were extremely pleasant throughout the day and ensured I was at ease/comfortable at all times which was great as it is a long day. Post-procedure, full guidance was provided both verbally as well as written instructions ensuring I knew exactly what to do over the next two ‘critical’ weeks.Apologies for the long review but, as stated, would thoroughly recommend Seneca and already starting to see some really positive result - long may it continue.
