It's rare that I take the time to write a 5 start review. However, I can honestly say that being a customer for Sene, has made me a believer of their TRUE customer experience model. I purchased some T-shirts from them and opted for paying for their insured program for changes/returns/etc. I had asked for a customized T-shirt and when I first received it, it was not quite yet the way I wanted it. I communicated with them promptly (within the same day/days), and immediately addressed my concerns and took steps to create a new T-shirt with their professional guidance/suggestions, and sent the new T-shirt back to me for another try. I got the new / revised T-shirt today and what a perfect fit. Outstanding material, comfort, design, & the right fit. They are now sending me the other 3 T-shirts that were part of my original order. They are true professionals that understand the meaning and significance of customer service/customer experience.
