I ordered 2 items from Seniorsbra.com and had to return one. After 2 months of not getting my credit card refund I initiated a credit card dispute. I emailed Jeremy Campbell from this company 11 times with his final response (a lie) saying I still had the product despite my USPS proof of my return. The product did not live up to description either. It did not give my back extra support nor was there support for a large busted woman. The original product was mailed from China which took a long time to arrive. I asked before I ordered if it was coming from China and was told it would come from their nearest US address to me-another lie. Yet I was able to send my return to a U.S. address. There is no phone number for this company either. Very poor customer service/support. Fortunately my credit card company settled my dispute in my favor. DO NOT ORDER FROM Seniorsbra.com.
