The Insurance Adviser at Seniors Choice whom I spoke to on March 31, 2026, had a very professional, patient and courteous attitude. He helped make the process clear and informative, which could have been tedious and confusing otherwise. My questions were answered, just as I answered the many questions he had for me in the application process. It took longer than expected, about 45 minutes, with him checking on things he was unsure of. Overall it was a very good experience and I proceeded to confirm on the purchase of a life insurance policy, with a "30 days cooling off period", which is useful.
