Since the very first start, Bill was receptive, communicative, interested in helping, hardworking... he showed me and my husband an example of really hard work. Untill we paid. The only thing that comes close to this is an Actor, literally. From the hardworking, fast-responding, interested, intelligent, nice Bill, to a F****ng as***le. Left us on seen for days. Call him, no response. Call him again, no response. Alrighty... he might be busy..- Two days went by. Call again, as much times as needed for him to respond. He replies!! Bill:-...What do you want? I'm speechless. First of all, that's no manner of treating a customer. Each time we tried to complain he interrupted us, justified himself in the rudest way, and when we bring the topic of the money that we paid with no service recieved, he literally hung up. I really think everyday that I should've recorded the call, because not long after he acted like nothing happend. Really feel like this man is a straight up psycopath. I really want to see what's his response, what kind of gaslighting will he use, i'm just prepared and mentalized to read every type of lies. I'm not even the type of guy that makes reviews but this situation was just unincredible, i'm still processing that everything that's happend is even real. Just surrealist. Might aswell let you know that there's a Lawsuit on the way Bill, I'm doing as much as I can to take you out of this business FOR EVER, because you deserve it. Julián Díaz.
