Paid for £94 worth of Sentia Spirits - three spirits bundle and the stout. Transaction went through, delivery arrived with only one bottle of spirit and the stout (same was indicated on delivery note). My order tracker indicated that the order had been fully fulfilled - with no reference to outstanding items or refund. I sent an email - didn't even get an auto response for acknowledgement. 'Chat on the website' doesn't work - no AI or Agent. Really poor sales and service.Update: I did get a reply from a Sentia CS agent and have been reassured that the remainder of my order is on the way. So it's good that they've acted swiftly to rectify this.My order arrived a few days ago and I did wait to see if the rest would turn up. But when I refreshed my order link - there was no indication of any further delivery. Instead it stated that my entire order has been delivered. Delays are not uncommon, especially in new companies. However, marking a 'partially' delivered order as 'fully' fulfilled, with no further action or communication, on the part of Sentia is concerning. On a positive note I have tried Sentia at friends house and found it very pleasant compared to the usual alcohol free 'botanicals' I and look forward to trying it this weekend. Feedback to Sentia please be more *honest and transparent* with your order fulfilment and updates.
