Serfs Up has SAVED me! I had a horrific rat infestation in my apartment, resulting in multiple small claims court cases. There was issues with actual owner vs. management company, and they have been so helpful to find who to actually hold liable for this mess! Josh has been extremely communicative, even when my ADHD brain isn't, and I really could not recommend them enough.
