I had to redo everything to make it presentable. Their team was unprofessional, and the most humiliating moment was when they applied for a clerical position for me, despite my advanced degrees. This showed their disregard for my profile and their lack of professionalism. The point of contact was dismissive and unhelpful. When I requested to speak to a superior, he outright refused. This behavior revealed how the company operates — avoiding accountability. They never took responsibility for their mistakes or attempted to rectify them. For a whole year, they wasted my time and resources. This company preys on people's aspirations and hides behind contracts that only protect them. If you care about your dignity and future, steer clear of this organization. I will be filing a formal complaint for poor service. Consider this a warning: they take your money, give excuses, and leave you regretting your decision.
