Starting off with a negative here as my only knock was it took a considerable amount of time from ordering to receiving with no updates nor tracking info until I emailed them. The positive - once I sent them an email, Mary Rose responded fairly quickly with an update. She also kept in touch with me from that day until the packages arrived at my house. I would mention that her pleasant disposition along with, Mary consistently ensuring the lines of communication are always available was unexpected and welcoming - a lovely lady to deal with! Lastly, the sweaters that I received are exactly what I had hoped for - you just never know when ordering clothing online! Many thanks again to, Mary and looking forward to future purchases.
