Although we had a shipment error.... ....Mary in customer services was extremely helpful and organised for the correct item to be sent out which arrived a week later. It looks like the shipping company had messed up the items! Happy with the item when it arrived and gives confidence when a company goes above and beyond to help - thanks and especially to Mary Rose (CS).
