I ordered a couple of items on 10/12, received an email on 10/15 saying my order had shipped and should arrive in 5-10 days, when what really happened was they created a shipping label. On 10/19 I received another email stating that the order status had changed to "info received". On 10/26 I emailed their customer service asking for an update and was told that there is a glitch and that my order was actually in transit even though the tracking stated "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". Tired of waiting I emailed them on 10/30 and asked them to cancel and refund my order. I will update this review pending the outcome of my request.UPDATE: After not hearing from Serremo in 3 days not 2 hours after publishing this review I received a response letting me know it was still the "logistics partners fault" but that they would process the refund. I will update again if/when I receive the refund.UPDATE: I received my refund from Serremo. And now I’m being asked repeatedly to take down the review by their customer service.
