Couldn’t think of a worse company. Ordered 2 sweaters. They were absolute junk and not cotton as they advertised. They didn’t even look the same - total false advertising , so I returned them. I paid $22 for shipping back since they don’t give you a return label. Then no refund. I file a dispute with my credit card company. Serremo asked me to remove it. I said no you didn’t refund me. Then Serremo filed a response to the credit card company that I didn’t return the items. Total outright lie. It’s like double theft! Not only are they trying to keep my money from their low quality items but I’m also out the shipping. What a joke of a company. Side note - they also use fake customer service names - it’s just a scam. There are other companies selling the exact same items for 80% less.
