I ordered 3 sweaters from Serremo. One arrived in just over 10 days and the other two arrived almost 30 days after ordering. The quality of the sweaters was sub par to say the least. I feel the pictures on the website are extremely misleading making the items look like they are far better quality than they actually are. I contacted customer service and explained how unhappy I was with how long the items took to arrive as well as the quality of the items. They offered to refund me only if I paid for shipping of the items back to their warehouse. On top of that they didn’t refund me the full cost of what I originally paid, they deducted what they charged for shipping to me. All in all they deducted over $15 in shipping from what I originally paid and it cost my over $18 to send the items back so I paid $33 out of pocket to send the items back. What an absolute rip off. I do not recommend this company whatsoever
