I received a gift for my birthday from my son and the size I received was a little small. The correct size was shipped as ordered (XL) but it just seemed to run a little smaller. I contacted Sarah at customer service and she was more than helpful. She responded quickly with simple instructions on how to return the item and replaced it with a larger size.
