I bought 2 eyeshadows for $40 and they were the worst quality I've ever seen. You can get better quality for $6.99 at CVS. When I requested a refund they made me go back and forth and send pictures of the product. Then when I finally got a refund approved, they sent me their generic requirements that it must be within 7 days of receipt and because of all the back and forth it was well past that so I didn't even bother spending more money to ship the product back.
Such a shame because if they are a legit company they should know their competition is Ulta and Sephora that accepts returns with no questions.
