The support team responded to my inquiry within an hour, which I found quite impressive. While they weren't able to assist me directly, they were very courteous and clearly explained the situation. I was disappointed to learn about their updated policy requiring a plan purchase to keep the world beyond 24 hours after shutdown. Additionally, I'm somewhat frustrated that if the free server isn't renewed within an hour, it becomes locked behind a paywall, preventing access to the server or world files, even for downloads. The service is excellent... once you pay. It used to be much more user-friendly at the free level, making the transition to paid options feel justified based on user experience. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I know the service is good from prior experience, but I believe this change will ultimately deter new customers.
