I purchased the TurboSMTP 100k plan ($29.95 USD) on 05/03/2026 for a client campaign. Immediately after payment, my subscription was cancelled after sending only 12 emails, 9 of which were test emails to verify the setup.
I contacted TurboSMTP support and provided full details, requesting either a reactivation or a refund. Despite clear explanation, they refused the refund, citing “terms and conditions violation,” without giving a clear or valid reason.
This sudden cancellation not only prevented me from completing legitimate client work but also negatively impacted my professional reputation.
