The communication throughout the ordering and delivery process was outstanding. My parts had to be shipped from another country, and I was informed immediately (with the option to cancel). I received updates once they arrived and were dispatched. The total time was about 10 days, including bank holidays. I was very impressed... the parts were perfect and reasonably priced.
