I ordered certain American brand mower blades, which is made in USA, they sent me Chinese Made blades and different brand of what I ordered. I emailed them and asked them to take it back as this is not what I ordered, then they replied saying some blades are American but made in china, which that wasn't my point and not what I ordered, I replied back asking them to take them back and refund the money as this is not the brand or the blades that I ordered online, they ignored my request and they wouldn't do a thing. First of all, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also you can find some reviews about them on pricespy NZ.If, SES Direct not happy with this review, I'm happy to link and publish on my own site the email and my order details and let people decide. If you believe you made an error, then own it and apologize and fix it, but don't email trying to justify the quality of your blades.. the bottom line, I paid for American made and not cheap Chinese blades and this company not welling to do the right thing.Hope this review will help someone so they don't have same bad experience.
