I ordered a Hoodie on their website in april 2019, received a complete misproduction in may and contacted themerchant. the item did not look like the item on the website at all.the merchant replied and said that there must have been a misprint at the shop "obviously haha".He said that he should be able to get me a replacement shipped out asap.The replacement I received was the exact same misproduction from the first time.So i contacted the merchant about it again.I asked for a refund this time, but the merchant said that the production and shipping costs eachtime are too high, it would be too much loss for him to refund, and still bad if he would send me another replacement hoodie, but not as bad!He only sends replacements for mistakesor does exchanges if it's the sizing.Now it is middle of july, 3 months later, i neither received the replacement product, nor did i get a refund.The merchant does not respond to my messages anymore.Plus I wrote a review on the Set4Lyfe website for the product, which never got published.
