Our experience with SetApartfs was quite positive. The team was very good and easy to work with. While the process took longer than we had expected, we of course share in a lot of that since it was our first time doing it and there were a few important misunderstandings that caused some incorrect assumptions about our business structure. But the SetApart team was really good with working through that, and the results were very satisfactory. One thing that would have helped us, and a perhaps a suggestion for other customers to minimize confusion, is, please explain up front the specific roles of each SetApart team member. We interfaced with 4 individuals, and it took a while to understand who did what work on the case.
