These people are awful! I called them about changing my address on the amended tax return and they said it would be done. Then it still never got done. So I went ahead and sent it in with the address that it had on there already, and now my tax return is saying that information does not match and I no longer have time to send it in. These people are awful. They're terrible.They deserve no money from a situation like this, and they will get none
