As current tenants in joint with Settio, we have had the best treatment - seeing careful attention to detail displayed in contradiction to the majority of other agents we’ve dealt with.We are comfortable in our property and have seen great support when needed for Settio.Sam Bell recently has overtaken the management for our property and has been superb. Responding to emails in a short timescale, providing solutions to our problems and overall being helpful and kind when required.We are already viewing to extend our contract when the appropriate time arrives and would hope to stick with Settio at another property if not as the experience has been so relaxing compared to previous times with other agents.
