Despite being associated for several months, no loan was settled. I personally followed up for more than two months with the assigned representative for clarification about the account balance and settlement progress. Each time, I was told that an update would be provided after checking with the accounts team, but no clear response was given.
Eventually, we were informed that the entire remaining balance (around ₹80,000) had been deducted based on overall outstanding calculations, even though no settlement was completed.
We are requesting transparency and proper clarification as per the terms mentioned in the agreement.
