Went online 22 Sept, booked and paid for MOT for 4th Oct at 10.45am. Had confirmation email from SET. Arrived 10.30am Hailsham and met by 2 guys smugly saying was booked for 18th Oct, did not have the letter with me so agreed to come back, returned 18th and was told well you should have been here at 10.00am not 10.45am, so no MOT that day, asked for refund which arrived 12 days !! later. Had proof that they were in the wrong (i.e booked for 4th Oct at 10.45am)and their system was not working as it should, they were not interested, arrogant and dismissive. Never again......
