Visited the Burgess Hill store to have a tyre replaced due to a puncture. I was told to drop in and no need to book an appointment but still waited 45 minutes for the vehicle to be seen - was not updated or informed of the wait time. The tyre was eventually replaced. The staff were rude and did not have any customer service skills. They even lit a cigarette inside the workshop before proceeding outside. I returned the following day as the ABS light was flashing. The mechanic said they fitted wrong size tyre the day before. He replaced it. There is limited parking (6 spaces, 2 rows of 3) on a busy main road. Reversing out of the space and into the workshop is extremely dangerous when backing onto a main road and public footpath. Reluctant to return back due to the experience I received.
