Setyres Uckfield branch are amazing. Always fantastic. This-afternoon Ben and the team helped me out of a real spot (double punctures off-side) sadly neither reparable - Ben phoned to explain the situation and his colleague Pete not only replaced the tyres but moved them around to one near-side to match tread on the front. The hour being close of play.. Pete even fed my old doggo a couple of his biscuits. 🥰😎By virtue of my job I have reason to view customer service as a dying art I’m this country - so when people go that extra mile, are kind, personable and particularly helpful it really impresses.
