Visited Hove for a slow puncture and they changed the valve. Car garaged for 2 days and tyre again flat. Called them and asked for an appt. They said they didn't do appts but would see me right away as they had messed up. Returned for them to say i was at the back of a queue of 8 people and would have to wait... said i thought they shouldve explained that on the phone and they shrugged and said take it or leave it.. so i left. Not impressed
