Shout out to the fine staff at the Hailsham branch, booked my Qashqai in for tyre replacement and a health and break check cause I had concerns after I’d purchased the car from the dealership and they discovered the rear tyres and brakes (disks and pads both front and rear) needed replacing and should have in fact been advisories on the MOT that was done before I purchased the vehicle, sorted me out same day and even knocked some money off the total cost, true professionals from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the day and advised on how I should proceed going forward as very clearly unhappy with how the car has been sold, even cleaned the interior for me after all the work, thank you once again for all you did today, 10/10 would recommend
