Really rude customer service from their mobile team. Charge a callout fee and didn’t bring the correct equipment to undo our nutbolt (their tyre guy told us he’d been trying to get them to get the correct equipment and they wouldn’t so he couldn’t do his job properly) but still charged us the call-out fee even though they failed to take our tyre off. Tried to call and discuss but the guys on the phone was so rude/disinterested. AVOID!!! Halfords don’t charge a call out fee if they can’t do the job so go with them instead!
