Used a couple of times. Work is good and their first come first served approach works well. Only weird thing was after about 40 minutes (total time was 70/80 minutes for 4 tyres and wheel alignment) at the Burgess Hill branch one of team who was in and out doing admin (seemed like the manager) started talking to a customer about me being impatient, one of those passive aggressive things we've all said. But I'm equal parts miffed and amused because I had said nothing at all and I can only guess that it was because I had looked up to see what was happening with my car after about half an hour. Truly this was an overly sensitive reaction that made the other 2 or 3 in the waiting room have eye brow raising reactions of 'wow really?'. Setyres seem like decent workers but maybe not a happy bunch sadly. Perhaps they get regular abuse and are acting out because they've developed a chip on their shoulder from years of being treated badly?
