Went to braintree branch for an mot, failed on a couple of things which I repaired, arrived back to be told wouldn't be able to do the retest as fully booked, I explained that the car was needed for personal reasons and staff then became condescending and rude, and wouldn't be able to book in, maybe if Ieft the car with them over the next couple of days would fit it in somewhere, had to go to another mot centre and pay again , even they remarked that it wouldnt have taken them ten minuites to retest, customer service terrible , would never return or recommend
