Horrible condescending rude man. I spent £20 on getting a puncture mended a few weeks ago on a tyre that I thought at the time would need replacing but they mended it and now I've just been told it does need replacing when I took car for its MOT the tyre should obviously have been replaced when it was punctured as I had said at the time but they told me that they had mended it instead- and NOW they tell me the tyre needs replacing, so the money spent on patching it was completely wasted.When I tried to discuss this, I got a lot of 'Listen darling' type aggression even though I was crying by this point and then got told to Grow up, twice. Absolutely stunned to be treated like this when I was only trying to talk about the tyre as felt I had been poorly advised previously and wasted my money.I literally ONLY took my car to this branch for the first time because the same man had seemed so friendly and pleasant when I had had the tyre fixed.Absolutely no reason to take such an aggressive tone with me. He initially apologised when I asked him not to speak to me like that but then went on to raise his voice at me repeatedly and then tell me to Grow up, twice.Disgusting treatment of a customer, I won't use again and would recommend people to AVOID, especially women.
