I ordered 4 tyres and spent hour researching and was very specific on the tyres I wanted but he had to order them in, during the fitting I noticed they were wrong tyres went to office and was told well that’s all we got so we will send them back if you want, at this point tyres were off wheels the tyres taken off were possibly illegal so I felt I had no choice. Paul really came across “he did not care” he had the sale, I will never set foot in Setyres again. I even sent an email to head office never even got a sorry.
