Worked with seven over 12 months with no issues at all. I became aware that staff I had been familiar with through booking shifts and any correspondence had left the company. Now I’ve not had any shifts since around September 2025. My compliance had expired but I couldn’t complete because I hadn’t been enrolled on anything. They keep changing my case worker. There’s zero communication so I’m having to repeat myself and there doesn’t appear to be much knowledge within the mental health sector. I completed face to face training then a week later was sent a list saying I had all this training to do. The training I’d done a week prior. I’ve sent documents multiple times and I’m just getting nowhere. Very disappointing and frustrating. I’m considering removing myself from the agency as I don’t feel confident with them anymore.
