I ordered U42B invitations. Everything looked great from their video and on their website. I emailed the company to get my personal quote. Pricing wasn't horrible but I know why now. Once the invitations arrived I was very upset. Cheap paper was clearly used, The texture of the paper is thin and easily rippable. The envelope itself is too thick, making the invitation feel empty and hollow. They sent proofing of the words that would be placed on the envelope, RSVP, and insert. However, they never sent proof of colors. They then proceeded to print gold on a yellow insert without my approval. I asked for a sample and they stated yes to me receiving one. Sent me a tracking number. Long and behold, that shipment was the entire box of invitations I had ordered. I never received a sample and when I contacted customer service they're not willing to budge or accept that they made a mistake. I highly do not recommend them.
