It took over a month to get our money…

It took over a month to get our money back, which I felt was a bit slow, but I had no problems. My husband and I got COVID and were not able to go on our trip. We had both been paying separately for our portion of the trip through EF Ultimate Break for about a year and we both got our full amount back by submitting the physician statement and some medical records.
