Disappointing Experience with a Dentist

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent appointment. The dentist I saw was quite rude and dismissive, and seemed irritated when I asked reasonable questions about the next steps in my care. His attitude highlighted a need for better communication training with patients. A friend of mine had a similar negative experience, indicating this might not be an isolated case. It's surprising that someone like him is still part of the team. If the practice truly valued patient care, they would reassess their hiring practices to ensure staff treat individuals with the respect they deserve.
