The staff at this location lack basic knowledge about audio equipment and show no concern for customer issues. I sent in a preamplifier for repair, but they claimed they found no faults despite my evidence. When I received it back, there was a loose capacitor inside, and after sending it back again, the front panel was damaged, seemingly intentionally, as the unit was perfect before. The employees were also quite rude and unprofessional regarding customer audio systems. I was offered £100 as compensation, which is far from adequate; they should have replaced the unit entirely since the damage was their responsibility. As a qualified electronics engineer, I managed to fix it myself and sold it after this unpleasant experience. Additionally, when I tried to follow up with a staff member, I was abruptly hung up on. I won't be returning to this location and will share my experience with others. It seems I wasted my time contacting them, and their poor service has cost them a significant sale.
