I am writing this review with deep frustration. I have been trying to withdraw my funds from Sevenstar FX since March 20th. Today is April 7th—19 days have passed—and my request is still "pending."
I am currently facing a serious medical emergency and urgently need access to my own money, but this company has shown zero empathy. Despite their claim of 21 years of "best service," they cannot process a simple withdrawal in nearly three weeks.
Major Issues:
Extreme Delays: They repeatedly cite "internal verification," which is an unacceptable excuse for a 19-day delay.
Non-existent Support: I have to send 5-6 emails just to get one generic response. Their website's phone numbers do not work, and there is no direct contact for the finance or administrative team.
Unreliable for IBs: As an Introducing Broker (IB) with two other IBs in my business group, we find this level of service disgraceful. If a client cannot access their funds during a hospital emergency, the safety of the funds is irrelevant.
I have attached screenshots of my repeated requests and the dates they have been pending. To Sevenstar FX: Process my withdrawal within 24 hours if you care about your reputation. To other traders: BEWARE! Do not trust this broker if you expect to get your money back on time.
