So I had ordered a pair of Jordan 4 og retro "flight club"s in size UK 10 (order number WEB3284241).

So I had ordered a pair of Jordan 4 og retro "flight club"s in size UK 10 (order number WEB3284241). I ordered them based on their size chart and the UK 10 is equivalent of EU 43 wich was the size that I wanted, especially when they tell you on the website that every shoe is in UK size. However I got them in size EU 45 which are according to their size chart in the website is UK12. Turns out when I was trying to figure it out with the staff via online chat, the staff said that size chart on their website is just a general size chart and the size chart is completely different on Jordan shoes, and how could I have possibly known that, since I don't live in the UK? Ultimately I wanted to just change to the size I wanted (EU43), but Sevenstore can't exchange international orders, so I will just return them. Delivery was good and shoes came in good condition, but since you offer international delivery, it would be nice if the sizes also show in EU or US sizes, so it facilitates when ordering shoes and reduces confusion. As of now trying to order shoes outside UK from Sevenstore, will be difficult, because different brands have different size chart and you can't trust the "general" size chart that's on their website, because it will not necessarily match the size you want. But yeah, can't lie I am disappointed, I'll have to return my order unfortunately 😕
