I ordered wool for my daughter on 2 December, expecting it by 5 December. As of 10 December, it still hadn't arrived. The seller suggested waiting until 11 or 12 December due to postal delays but did not provide a proper tracking code, leaving me frustrated and uncertain. I will avoid third-party sellers in the future. One star or less.
