I've recently had an email conversation with customer service about my experience with my doll. I told them how I had damaged 2 of her fingers while learning how to move her and position her. I was to rough with my grip on her hands which caused the skeleton wire to puncture through the skin. The fingers are super delicate I don't recommend using her hands as a grabbing point to handle your doll. They were very understanding and even though they were not obligated since I did the damage and not them, they said they said they would send me a glue repair kit. I'm very impressed with customer service, they really do care about the satisfaction of their customers and are willing to help anyway they can whether they are obligated or not.
