Honestly, the support from the casino is very disappointing. Deposits are processed quickly, but withdrawals take an eternity. As a VIP level 5, I was allowed to withdraw 2500 per day three times, but after winning close to 25000 AUD from a 500 dollar deposit, they downgraded my VIP level to 3, limiting my withdrawals to only 1200 AUD. They then reduced my limit further and eventually refused any withdrawals. When I requested to close my account, they said my funds would be voided. This is an unacceptable situation.
