The installation went ok the technician hadn't worked on a KIA EV6 before so there was a slight delay in the completion of the work. The key given by the technician for starting service mode was incorrect. Auto watch subsequently contacted me and went through how to set it up now ok.
The instructions that came with the ghost had 4 pages duplicated and 4 pages missing frustrating when the service mode code given was wrong. However everything is now working as advertised.
