I would like to warn other buyers.
I had ordered from this company many times in the past without any issues shipping to Israel. In November 2025, there was a noticeable change in the company’s service.
Initially, I was informed that shipping to Israel was no longer available, and indeed the ordering system blocked Israel-based orders. Shortly afterward, the restriction was lifted without any notice, and it became possible to place orders again.
I then placed a more expensive order for prescription glasses with upgraded options. Afterward, I was informed that the upgraded color was not available, but that a simpler product would be supplied instead, while keeping the higher price. I chose to cancel that order.
I then placed two separate orders for other items that were listed as available, resulting in two separate shipments. I was provided with two tracking numbers. More than six weeks have passed, and neither shipment has arrived. The tracking information has not changed and shows no indication that the packages are progressing.
Based on the prolonged lack of movement and absence of delivery, there is a reasonable concern that the tracking numbers may not correspond to actual shipments.
I advise other buyers to exercise caution. Due to this experience, I chose to place my order with a different supplier.
